Job Title: Facility Manager
Reports To: Operations Manager / Senior Facility Director
Job Summary:
We are searching for a qualified facilities manager to work alongside our office and maintenance staff to ensure our clients buildings and grounds are clean and safe. The facilities manager oversees all aspects of maintenance functions and guarantees the safety and functionality of all clients facilities. Duties include running routine work orders, supporting with emergency work orders, corresponding with sub contractors, planning maintenance work, maintaining records, communicating with clients and supervising the BNB staff/team. Our ideal candidate is well-versed in facilities management processes, has great leadership qualities, exhibits high multitasking and organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account managers and clients
- Support maintenance and installment work as needed
- Supervise BNB staff and communicate with external contractors
- Ensure all BNB Staff adhere to proper safety standards and procedures
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Prepare and implement project budgets and timeframes
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Prepare and implement project budgets and timeframes
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
- Collaborate with team to identify and grow opportunities
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Qualifications:
- Advanced mechanical and plumbing skills
- Knowledge of HVAC and other building systems
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles
- Great leadership and problem-solving skills
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credential, or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional leadership experience
- Contract handling experience
- Strong attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year
