What you need to be successful

At least one year of experience in property management is crucial, along with a valid NJ real estate salesperson license. Proficiency in computer programs, particularly Microsoft Office and Yardi, is necessary to manage daily tasks efficiently. You should be well-organized with excellent time management abilities, enabling you to work independently with minimal supervision.
