We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Manager of Operations to oversee and optimize our transportation services. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain service excellence, and coordinate effectively with our dispatch team, drivers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily transportation operations, ensuring schedules are adhered to and services run efficiently.
- Manage and supervise dispatchers, drivers, and support staff to ensure timely and high-quality service.
- Monitor vehicle assignments and address any revisions or operational challenges in real-time.
- Communicate with clients to ensure their expectations are met, with particular focus on crew transportation timeliness and quality.
- Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and resolve issues quickly.
- Track and analyze operational data to identify trends, streamline services, and reduce costs.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and airport guidelines.
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders on vehicle assignments, schedule changes, or any disruptions.
- Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating drivers and other operations personnel.
- Ensure proper adherence to DOT compliance processes and safety standards for all vehicles.
