The Photo Admin assists the Director of Photography in the daily and weekly operational tasks, specifically relating to the photography department.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
- Upload Photography jobs daily into production system
- Review quality of photography to ensure BNL Standards are met.
- Ensure Photo Team job bags are complete and accurate
- Maintain current and accurate team contact, records, etc.
- Onboarding of new photography team members
- Assist in Fall and Spring training
- Scheduling of jobs and team members
