Within M&A North America, the team is organized along seven primary industry groups: Materials / Minerals / Mining, Power & Utilities, General Industrials & Middle Market Financial Sponsors, Consumer, Financial Institutions, Chemicals, and TMT. Within M&A Latin America, the team is based in New York and in Latin America, organized geographically along four regions: Mexico, Brazil, Andean Region and Southern Cone, and covers all industries, with a particular sector focus on Energy, Renewables & Infrastructure, TMT, Financial Institutions, and Building Materials. The expected starting salary range for this position is between $100,000 to $110,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.

- Participate in the preparation of pitches and marketing materials in compliance with BNP Paribas’ internal rules and templates
- Perform financial analysis, including detailed economic assessment of past performance – margins & profitability analysis, investment strategy, liquidity & cash flows, ROCE & ROI analysis – and build detailed financial models presenting comprehensive and fully functioning financial statements
- Perform business valuations utilizing the discounted cash flow valuation methodologies as well as public market and transaction multiples in accordance with BNP Paribas’ BVT (“Business Valuation Team”) internal methodologies
- Communicate efficiently the results of different assignments or analyses
- Represent professional standards of conduct with colleagues, clients and third parties

- Experience working / interning in a bulge bracket or large boutique investment banking, private equity, consulting or a Big Four accounting firm

- Working proficiency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written. Proficiency in a third language widely spoken in the Americas region (Brazilian Portuguese, French) is a plus
