Business Overview :
As part of the Global Capital Markets organization the Asset Finance & Securitization (AFS) business straddles both Global Markets (GM) & Global Banking (GB) business lines. The activity is organized by specialized teams within the Securitized Products Group (SPG) and Real Assets. When the SPG deals result in distribution of asset-based securities to investors, primary trades are booked leveraging on GM booking platforms & teams; Financing activity for both SPG & Real Assets is supported via GB platforms & teams. This role will focus on the SPG activity which comprises of products : CLO / SPF, ABS (in the form of an SPV funded through CP issuance), RMBS and CMBS (not live yet).

Responsibilities :
The lead IT Business analyst / Project Managerdrives the Requirement Analysis, Coordinate the Development of the initiatives together withthe Global and Regional IT Development teams.Lead studies and facilitate the evolution of business processes, IT application systems and processes. Facilitate the definition of Functional architecture, optimization of the workflows to increase efficiency and productivity for Global Banking Business and Operational platforms.
The individual collaborates closely with Corporate Credits business stakeholders, Global Banking Operations, specifically Middle Office and Loan Servicing teams ensuring active alignment with Global Banking Global IT teams in development of Americas Corporate Credit requirements and provide extensive functional support.

The expected starting salary range for thisposition is between $115k to $200k annually. The actual salary may vary basedupon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills / experience,time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line,and geographic / office location.
