Duties and Responsibilities for all Project Engineers Include :
- Manage the implementation of construction projects including planning, permitting, project administration, construction management, inspection and project performance, as required.
- Implement and manage construction safety processes.
- Effectively evaluate and control change orders associated with projects.
- Support cash flow forecast process.
- Support the preparation of detailed estimates for the Capital Expenditure Program.
- Projects generally will be fast paced and dynamic.
- Projects and responsibilities will vary widely, driven by BNSF's needs.
Duties and Responsibilities for Some Project Engineers (Depending on a Construction or Public Projects role) May Include :
