Tile Estimator

This i an in-person position, not remote.

BNT Tile is a family owned Commercial Tile Contractor that is looking to add to our office staff.

We are looking for a candidate that has strong work ethic, positive attitude, solution based thinker, friendly & professional demeanor, dependable, punctual, ability to multi-task & prioritize, has common sense, good general computer knowledge (word, excel & outlook), has the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently and has willingness to learn other skills and take on other duties as needed. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in flooring/tile estimating, with the ability to analyze project specifications and prepare accurate cost estimates. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed within budget while meeting quality standards.

Some responsibility's (but not limited to)

- Plan Take-offs/estimates (commercial & Residential)

- Download and Print job plans

- Research material pricing

- Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook

- Send bids to GC’s prior to due date

- Correspond with GC’s & distributors in a professional manner

- Research/find local jobs and contractors to bid with

- Other duties as assigned.

Starting Hourly wage range will depend on experience. There is room to grow in the company.
