Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team in Chicago, IL . The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience managing industrial and heavy commercial electrical projects and a proven track record of handling projects from inception to completion. While local candidates are highly preferred, we are open to considering relocation for the right person. This position does not have direct reports but will involve overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, with the specific number depending on the project size.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage electrical industrial and heavy commercial projects valued at $2 million or more
- Oversee all phases of project management, ensuring successful delivery from initiation to completion
- Handle multiple projects at once , balancing timelines, budgets, and client relationships
- Utilize MS Office for project management and Accubid (preferred) for estimating
- Travel up to 25% for project oversight, meetings, and site visits as needed
