Position Details / Responsibilities :
- Project Oversight : Work closely with the project superintendent and other trades to oversee the assigned scope, including the management of material and manpower.
- Quality and Safety : Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards on-site.
- Technology Utilization : Use technology such as company-provided iPads and smartphones to ensure timely completion of projects that exceed customer expectations.
- Team Management : Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees working on designated scopes to foster a productive and efficient work environment.
