We are seeking a skilled MEP Project Manager to oversee multi-million-dollar Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) construction projects. In this role, you will manage all aspects of project execution, including financials, personnel, and stakeholder coordination. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale commercial projects while enhancing your expertise in the design-build construction process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of large MEP projects, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality goals are met.
- Provide leadership and build strong relationships with project teams, field craftspeople, general contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
- Utilize Lean Construction principles to deliver value-driven outcomes.
- Plan and execute project schedules, materials management, and cash flow strategies.
- Mentor and develop Project Engineers to prepare them for future career growth.
- Drive innovative construction techniques, including prefabrication strategies.
- Maintain accountability for project financials, including cost tracking and forecasting.
- Foster collaboration across multiple stakeholders to ensure project success.
