A prominent mechanical contractor specializing in HVAC construction projects is seeking an experienced Mechanical (HVAC) Project Manager to join their team in Hollywood, Florida. The ideal candidate will bring extensive industry experience and the ability to manage diverse projects while leading teams to success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage 1-3 HVAC new construction projects at a time, ranging in size from $1M to $40M, with an average project value of $5M-$10M.
- Oversee all phases of project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and completion.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Assistant Project Managers (APMs) assigned to your projects.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Prepare and deliver regular project updates and financial reports to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and positive outcomes.
