Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated warehouse associate to assist us in managing our inventory levels to include, but not limited to raw materials, material requisitions, fulfillments, inventory transfers and general inventory management. This individual will work with multiple teams including operations, QC, packaging, purchasing and any other necessary teams.
Job Duties
- Performing material requisitions for the BNX operations team
- Conducting routine cycle counts of raw materials (weekly or bi-weekly)
- Conducting regular walkthroughs of the factory to ensure all materials are replenished and never run out.
- Understanding how quickly raw materials deplenish, in order to properly replenish them and also work with our purchasing department in order to reorder materials.
- Storing and managing raw materials in compliance with NIOSH requirements and company policies
- Performing inventory adjustments and transfers both physically and through our ERP software, Netsuite.
- Work with production team to ensure inventory is available at all times
- Receive and fulfill corresponding Purchase Orders
- Work with the purchasing department to ensure inventory is on hand at all times
- Work with the warehouse manager to ensure inventory is stored and organized efficiently in the warehouse(s)
- Communicating with the production lead, Machine Operators, and QC for all inventory needs
- Build assembly work orders of raw materials needed to produce finished product
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing raw material inventory for N95 Mask Production
- Work directly with the production lead to ensure inventory is available in all factories
- Provide weekly cycle counts on raw material inventory
- Process inventory transfers from location to location via ERP System Netsuite
- Process inventory adjustments after cycles counts via ERP System Netsuite
- Receive and fulfill corresponding Purchase Orders
- Ensure QC inspections are provided for all received inventory prior to usage
- Work with the warehouse manager to ensure inventory is stored and organized efficiently in the warehouse(s)
- Work with the purchasing department to ensure inventory is on hand at all times
- Communicating with the production lead, Machine Operators, and QC for all inventory needs
- Build assembly work orders of raw materials needed to produce finished product
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
