We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Services II to join our Client Experience - Alternative Investments team. This role is a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week in office) can be based out of the following offices: Everett, MA – Lake Mary, FL – Pittsburgh, PA.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Build strong, collaborative relationships, both internally and externally with clients
- Analyses data and information and problem-solving skills
- Operates with a sense of urgency, but who can simultaneously prioritize effectively
- Communicate clearly and concisely and be able to adapt style depending on audience
- Apply strong controls focus, and know when to escalate
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and provide guidance to less experienced team members
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination
- 6 years within a Client Services role
- 3 years of experience in Alternative Investments
