We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Processing II to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA – HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Performs routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions related to our Security Master process.
- Provides analytics and reporting, working to improve and automate transaction processing systems.
- Provides oversight and direction to lower-level service roles in the successful delivery of service and support.
- Answers inquiries and resolves problems or issues.
- Participates in straightforward product development, product enhancement and system testing to ensure that products continue to accurately and efficiently execute.
- Integrates in-depth area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices to provide solutions to internal and external clients.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- 3-5 years of total work experience is preferred
- Experience in financial services and/or operations is preferred
