We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Service I to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA – HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Directly servicing our Banking clients with their banking needs from general account inquiries to processing cash disbursement requests, such as, internal transfers, wire transfers, Cashier’s checks, Certificates of Deposit, and account closing requests.
- Additional tasks performed are Periodic Relationship Reviews, daily overdrafts and opening new accounts, and placing check orders.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Strong client servicing skills
- Team player attributes
- Being able to manage a high volume of client calls and transaction requests on a daily basis
