We’re seeking future team member for our Associate, Tax Reporting & Compliance Representative I role located in Pittsburgh, PA. Hybrid work available.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Provides advanced operational support for the preparation and maintenance of tax records, returns, and reports for internal and/or external clients.
- Coordinates tax-related regulatory filings. Gathers required data elements, as needed, for various regulatory filings.
- Implements system and operational modifications to comply with more substantial regulatory changes.
- Owns and creates power point presentations for management used to train and inform business partners.
- Performs second-level quality assurance of tax deliverables in accordance with department policies.
- Tracks and identifies missing data needed for tax calculations, tax records, and tax filings.
- Performs straightforward analysis of data and resolves moderately complex data issues.
- Responsible for the quality and completion of own work. Helps develop and contributes to the achievement of team objectives
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Bachelors degree in a business discipline preferred.
- 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
