We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Cyber Technology Operations Center (CTOC) Major Incident Management Lead to join our Technology Services Group (TSG) via our Technology Services Group Production Services team. This role is located in our New York City office via 4 days in office per week.
The CTOC Major Incident Management Lead for North America will be responsible for overseeing a team of Major Incident Manager and working with key stakeholders to ensure stability and restoration of services during major incidents and significant events. You will be providing command and control of the New York Cyber Technology Operations Center ensuring seamless client visits and administration of the room.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead a team of Major incident managers ensuring the team are equipped & trained to provide the services across the enterprise.
- Command and Control of Major Incidents, coordinating between technical SMEs and senior management, providing timely status updates, and ensuring logical recovery actions for high-priority incidents.
- Enhances tooling and monitoring, maintains incident documentation, actively improves Major Incident Management, and supports process and knowledge base improvements.
- Generate regular major incident metrics reports for senior management and provide support and participation in the change control and problem management processes.
- As CTOC Commander, take full accountability for the Command Center, ensuring dashboards are operational, and any ad-hoc senior management visits are seamless. Oversee all planning and execution of Command Center tours for clients and ensure timely reporting of completed tours and metrics to senior management.
- Provide command and control for special events, including cyber incidents, market-driven events, and disaster recovery scenarios.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred. 12-15 years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
- At least 10 years of experience in technology/Engineering, with a significant portion in leadership roles. Experience in managing large teams and complex projects. Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to make decisive decisions and solve complex problems. Experience in strategic planning and risk management
- Deep and broad knowledge of current and emerging technologies, architecture frameworks, and industry best practices. Hands on experience of working within a specific domain is advantageous.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate problems and strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other directors and senior management, demonstrating high integrity and ethical standards
- Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, mentor, and develop team members to achieve organizational goals.

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $150,000 and $250,000] per year at the commencement of employment.
