We’re seeking a future team member for the role of SVP, Sales Enablement to join our Data & Analytics team. This role is located in New York, NY – HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Utilize market research, client insights and product knowledge to develop, update and continuously refine clear, differentiated messaging and sales content that communicates the value of Data and Analytics products and solutions. 
  • Create and maintain Data & Analytics’ sales enablement toolkit translating our narrative and core messaging into high-impact sales assets, tools, success stories, blogs, and presentations across the buyers’ journey. Collaborate with global teams to localize messaging and sales tools as needed.
  • Develop and execute a program to create product roadmaps and communicate product updates to internal stakeholders, prospects and clients. Translate complex technical features into outcomes-based messaging, sales content and collateral.
  • Partner with product management, sales, customer success, marketing and other teams to ensure alignment on product messaging and product updates.
  • Maintain customer insights and personas to inform go-to-market strategies and target key client segments.  
  • Become a product subject matter expert staying up to date on the product vision, roadmap, features and capabilities. 

     

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts, marketing, business, finance or a related field.
  • 5-8 years’ of demonstrated success in a similar role at a B2B SaaS company. Fintech experience a plus.
  • A passion and strong understanding of financial products, markets, and regulatory environments. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft values-based messaging and simplify complex and technical information for diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to consistently meet deadlines and oversee projects
  • A bias for action with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Comfort working in a matrixed organization.

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $119,000 and $221,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. 

This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
