We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, AI / Machine Learning Data Engineer to join our AI Hub. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL – HYBRID (3 days/week).
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Works with senior data engineers and stakeholders to develop, maintain, and optimize complex AI applications, leveraging advanced data science / AI techniques.
- Partner with business and subject matter experts to define requirements and deliver strategic data solutions that address organizational needs.
- Collaborates to design and implement end-to-end data applications based on specific business or functional requirements, translating needs into data architecture solutions.
- Execute the full software development lifecycle (design, code, test, deploy, and maintain), applying security, privacy, and quality assurance best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and ensuring software usability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., with data engineers, project managers, and other teams) to achieve efficient and scalable solutions.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
- 2-6 years of experience in software development required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
- Experience with developing in backend environment required.
- Should have thorough knowledge of the software development cycle
- Experience with multi-platform development tools and toolkits is required.
