We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Implementation Consultant to join our pControl North America Professional Services team. This role is located in Boston, Ma –HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Become a pControl product subject matter expert to play a hands on role in our client implementations
- Lead and support client onboarding activities
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal groups to ensure delivery of projects on time
- Document solutions to client requirements
- Test and document testing evidence of pControl client enhancements
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of total work experience is strongly preferred.
- Financial industry experience required.
- Operational improvement programs or technology implementations experience strongly preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Prince2 certification is beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
