We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Cash Processing/Funds Transfer Manager I to join our Global Payments and Treasury Services Operations team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA, and will work a Hybrid schedule (4 days per week in-office required).
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Serves as a team lead by coordinating the work of less experienced Cash Processing and Funds Transfer staff
- Processes client payments and accruals
- Develops, reviews, and maintains departmental procedures while ensuring adherence to established policies and workflow
- Understands and effectively uses systems and technology required for cash movement, reconciliation, and trust accounting
- Identifies opportunities to improve quality and streamline processing and transfers within unit
- Coordinates testing to ensure that changes are implemented
- Gathers and analyzes data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent
- Looks beyond the immediate problem to the wider implications
- Leads support staff in day-to-day activities
- Acts a Team Lead for support staff and provides team with guidance on activities, coordinates tasks for the team and checks on work quality and progress
- Responsible for the quality and completion of own work and work of team members
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 4-5 years of total work experience with at least 1 year in management preferred
- Experience in financial services preferred
- Microsoft Office experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent investigative and research capabilities, with an ability to present findings
- Experience in financial services operations preferred
- Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business
