We’re seeking a Chief of Staff who will provide direct support to CEO of Solutions Innovation and will have responsibility for day-to-day operations for the office of the CEO.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Overall management of CEOs business administration matters. Anticipating, actioning & triaging any CEO actions/deliverables that need attention, working with respective parties. Inclusive of meeting actions, meeting prioritization, meeting preparedness & briefings.
- Coordinating CEO /employee communications in partnership with the Communications and People Team. Inclusive of content and cadence for: CEO updates, Quarterly Earnings Note, Monthly Business Reviews, Organization Announcements, CEO Performance Reviews, Town Halls, Conference participation & Offsites.
- Program management of key initiatives for the Solution Innovation business
- Lead People Engagement Strategy for the Solutions Innovation business
Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate/Possess:
- Consummate professional; able to navigate a matrixed organization.
- Execution focused driving strong accountability and transparency across the business
- Intellectual curiosity: desire to constantly learn and continuously improve.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex information in a clear and simple manner to a variety of audiences.
- Highly proactive/ collaborative individual who can influence multiple internal partners to drive results.
- Ability to balance extremely high attention to detail and accuracy with tight deadlines on critically meaningful work
- Minimum of seven to ten years’ experience within the Financial Services industry
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
