Vice President, Product Manager - Washington DC or Pittsburgh

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Product Manager to join our Corporate Trust team who is curious, always asking 'why,' and driven to learn everything about their product. If you're someone who is uncomfortable with not knowing and is eager to dive deep into complex problems, we want to hear from you.

This role is located in Washington DC or Pittsburgh, PA – HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

Product Execution:

-Able to write technical specifications for minor features and contribute meaningfully to specifications for major features

-Work closely with engineering to drive delivery of features in an Agile environment

- Work with team to make recommendations that deliver maximum value to the end users as quickly as possible. 

-Can efficiently assess the quality and readiness of a release

 Customer Insights

-Drive discovery and refinement sessions to translate ambiguous business problems into product solutions

-Can use low fidelity tools to outline a design approach and then work with your team to translate into higher fidelity representation of the feature

-Regular contact with users of product and use multiple sources to prioritize roadmap decisions

-Develop and prioritize product requirements 

-Conduct Usability tests  

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, concise language and negotiate with stakeholders to drive product decisions.

Product Strategy:

-Understand business outcomes and how product decisions impact trade-offs

-Responsible for crafting a near-term product roadmap and can communicate to junior team members. 

-Full ownership of the product backlog and near term roadmap ensuring that it is properly refined, prioritized and groomed. 

-Ownership of user stories, refinement process and Stakeholder Management (ongoing collaboration and updates)

-Track and analyze key product metrics

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 3-5 years product experience, 5-7 years of financial services experience

Technical Skills:

• Jira
• Confluence
• Python
• SQL
• AWS / GCP / Azure
• Agile & Scrum methodologies
• Wireframing & prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq, Sketch)
• Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
• UX/UI principles & usability testing
• Basic Coding Knowledge (Preferred, Not Required) – Understanding of front-end/back-end development concepts, even if not hands-on.
