We're seeking future team member for our Associate, Client Service Representative II role located in Pittsburgh, PA. Hybrid work available.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways :
- Completes daily work for the team and serves as the subject matter expert for the most complex transactions and processes.
- Provides assistance for the most complex issues that have been escalated by junior team members and guides junior team members towards solutions.
- Researches and resolves complex operational or client issues. Identifies trends in client issues and proposes solutions.
- Monitors team efficiency and develops and implements process improvements.
- Helps develop and supports the achievement of team objectives.
- Functions in a fraud prevention role by reviewing disbursement tasks for red flags
- Understands, enforces, and communicates internal policies and procedures with front office colleagues
- Uses excellent client service skills to provide best-in-class interactions for our clients
