Job Summary:
Join our team as a Corporate Actions professional responsible for managing mandatory and voluntary corporate actions custody functions across all organizational accounts. In this role, you will work under the guidance of experienced staff to process basic corporate action events, reconcile client accounts, handle entitlements, and respond to inquiries from various stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include daily reconciliations, outlier reviews, and adherence to quality control measures.
Responsibilities:
- Process basic mandatory and voluntary corporate action events
- Handle liability notices and dividend interest payments
- Manage class action suits processing
- Reconcile, monitor, and post entitlements to client accounts
- Perform daily reconciliations for cash, security, and suspense transactions
- Research and respond to inquiries from internal business groups and external parties
- Contribute to team goals by achieving set objectives
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred
- 2.5 to 3 years of work experience in financial services or corporate actions
- Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business
