We’re seeking a future team member in the role of Mainframe Operating Systems Engineer  to join our  TECHNOLOGY SERVICES GROUP (TSG) Mainframe Services team .

This role is preferred to be located in our Pittsburgh or Lake Mary sites via hybrid in office work arrangement.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways :

• Support mainframe system environment.
• Mainframe hardware configuration through the HMA and use HCD to create new IO gens.
• Support of third-party vendor software used in the mainframe environment.
• install and maintain various software packages.
• interfacing with vendors to provide information needed to resolve incident cases.
