We're seeking a future team member for the role of MarTech Platform Specialist to join our Marketing & Communication - Marketing Automation & Technology team. This hybrid role is located Pittsburgh.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Maintain and configure the Workfront system to meet departmental project, resource, and workflow requirements.
- Provide user support and training, including maintaining training content and offering one-on-one support.
- Manage integration and automation with other systems by providing technical support to users, handling license utilization, and processing access requests.
- Ensure data integrity and build reports and dashboards based on user type and stakeholder needs.
- Create and maintain system documentation, including user guides, policies, and procedures.
- Stay informed about Workfront updates, new features, and best practices.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Proficiency in workflow administration, including system configuration and customization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot system issues.
- Knowledge of project and resource management concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide user support and training.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and security.
- Experience in technology rollouts and maintaining platforms, ensuring adoption across the team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience Marketing and Workflow Management technologies (Required experience in Workfront Administration).
- Experience managing complex changes effectively.
- Understanding of marketing technologies and experience in building a connected infrastructure, including CRM, Marketing Automation, Adobe Analytics and Seismic.
