Job Summary/Description:
Join our team as a dynamic and experienced individual who will lead our organization in embracing Agile/Scrum practices to ensure customer satisfaction. As a key player in the team, you will guide and support the organization in self-organization, removing impediments, fostering a collaborative environment, and facilitating effective communication. Your role will be crucial in coaching the team towards higher levels of Scrum maturity while supporting the Product Owner and promoting servant leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer delight through dedicated efforts
- Guide the team on Agile/Scrum practices and self-organization
- Assess and coach the team towards higher levels of Scrum maturity
- Remove impediments hindering progress
- Build a trusting environment for open communication and issue resolution
- Facilitate work without coercion or dictation
- Assist in decision-making and conflict resolution processes
- Support internal and external communication for transparency
Skills:
- Experience as a Scrum Master in software development teams applying Scrum principles
- Proficiency in servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, empowerment, and transparency
- Knowledge of various Agile methodologies (XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD)
- Familiarity with Agile techniques like User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration
- Understanding of team technologies and management experience
- Excellent communication and mentoring abilities
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a manager
