Job Summary:
The Information Security Analyst, Identity Access Management Operations candidate will be responsible for establishing client, account, user, and service entitlements on provisioning systems with precision and adherence to Service Level Agreements. The role involves executing complex security administration tasks for BNY applications to grant access to new and existing clients. Facilitating discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of security processes is essential. Additionally, the position entails following security protocols, contributing to security initiatives, and enhancing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Establish client, account, user, and service entitlements on provisioning systems
- Execute complex security administration for BNY applications
- Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Follow security-related processes and provide assistance on security initiatives
- Complete day-to-day security administration tasks
- Contribute to projects aimed at improving operations and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Identity and Access Management end-to-end lifecycle processes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Access driven setup processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) to IAM compliance. Technical awareness to support development and implementation for IAM Onboardings and platforms
- Ability to conduct research, investigations, and inquiries effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline required; equivalent work experience accepted
- 3-5 years of experience in Information Security Analyst or related technology field
