Job Summary:

Join BNY in a pivotal role where you will contribute to the IAMO Transformation program by configuring and implementing the new SailPoint LCM product. You will play a crucial part in business critical analysis, aiding in the implementation of application access requests and workflows across IAM. This role is essential for ensuring Service Level Objectives and Internal project deadlines are met, while supporting access provisioning, remediation for audit findings, workflow creation and modifications, and adherence to Corporate Policy guidelines. This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days in office. Our office locations in Lake Mary, FL - Pittsburgh, PA, and Nashville, TN are able to bring someone onboard.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, implement, and integrate IGA solutions involving SailPoint Identity Now (IIQ).
• Implement and configure SailPoint Identity IQ for application on-boarding, access request approval, and access certifications.
• Configure simple and advanced LCM workflows within SailPoint.
• Create and manage workgroups in SailPoint.
• Configure and manage common direct connectors (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP).
• Develop preventative and detective Segregation of Duty rules.
• Experience with role-based access controls and automate provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Train and mentor team members on using the SailPoint Identity Now platform.
• Handle identity lifecycle flows including leaver, joiner, mover scenarios.
• Manage consultative technical deployment projects with various stakeholders.
• Utilize incident/problem management processes effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in IGA solutions involving SailPoint Identity Now (IIQ).
• Proficiency in configuring SailPoint Identity IQ for application onboarding and access management.
• Experience with designing LCM workflows within SailPoint.
• Knowledge of common direct connectors like Active Directory and LDAP.
• Ability to create Segregation of Duty rules.
• Familiarity with role-based access controls and automate provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• Certification in SailPoint, IdentityNow, or similar IAM tools is a plus
