We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join our Investment Manager Client Coverage team. This role is in New York, NY - Hybrid

In this role, you'll make an impact by:

• Assisting in driving and executing the Enterprise-wide coverage model for a portfolio of investment managers.
• Conducting analyses and reporting on the investment manager space to identify opportunities for relationship development and revenue growth.
• Independently gathering and organizing data/ relationship commentary to present engaging storylines for key stakeholders.
• Communicating and coordinating effectively with technical and sales teams across Client & Enterprise platforms. Ability to develop and deliver both informational and decision-seeking reports, analyses and/or presentations.
• Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with Coverage Leads, Business Managers, Client Service Directors, and other business functions as needed.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills with the ability to produce professional output in different formats; strong writing ability and an eye for detail are a must.
• Ability to grow within the role - develop stronger leadership and influencing skills, recognized collaborator by colleagues and clients.
• The ability to establish relationships with diverse individuals and working styles, in the context of a global company with colleagues from different cultures. Adept at communicating (both verbally and in writing) with multiple internal partners to drive results
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure with a track record of delivering against deadlines.
