We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Director, Strategic Planning Manager to join our Enablement Office team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Leads the Strategic Planning area consisting of multiple teams.
- Sets departmental priorities and allocates resources to align with business objectives and annual plan.
- Develops and implements policies to ensure client satisfaction and leads key initiatives.
- Maintains familiarity with industry best practices and seeks opportunities to implement as appropriate.
- Manages the performance of assigned staff.
- Coaches and guides on project management.
- Participates in long-term or strategic planning for the Strategic Planning function designed to improve the overall client experience and improve team productivity and quality.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. Advanced degree preferred.
- 15 plus years of total work experience with at least 5-7 in management preferred. Experience in the securities or financial services industry preferred.
