Senior Vice President, E-Fixed Income Sales

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, E-Fixed Income Sales to join our Fixed Income Trading team. This role is in either New York, NY or Lake Mary, FL - HYBRID

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Managing institutional client relationships
• Developing new and existing relationships
• Responsible for achieving team sales targets
• Coordinating with Sales, Trading, and Product partners to deliver optimal electronic trading solutions to BNY's client franchise
• Facilitates development of new business, retaining of existing revenue streams, broadening of existing relationships and ensures the highest level of customer service through research, analytics, and internal coordination
• Prepares business overviews for assigned groups to include but not limited to pipeline, trending, and year over year analysis
• Provides baseline revenue generation reporting and verify information with the associated businesses
• Supports on RFP's, conducting due diligence and analyzing data as needed

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• 10 years' experience in Fixed Income Sales
• Strong relationships within the financial industry
• Well versed in Fixed Income markets and US Economy
• Deep understanding of client liquidity needs
• Familiarity with Fixed Income Trading platforms; Market Access, TradeWeb, Bloomberg, and Trumid amongst others
• A good understanding of the relevant marketplace, competitive landscape and industry drivers in the relevant region is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required
• Entrepreneurial drive to help win new business and grow existing relationships

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $119,000 and $221,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
