We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Product Management to join our Structured Debt CLO & Loans team. This is a hybrid role (in office 3 days a week) and can be located out of our Houston, TX or Pittsburgh, PA office.
From traditional to complex transactions, and with our deep talent and global scale, Structured Debt delivers a full range of solutions and services across all key asset classes and financing structures, including Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs), Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS), Asset Backed Securities (ABS).
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Drive development of key products and solutions with significant impact
- Serving as a thought leader and expert within the product management team
- Collaborating closely with VP Product Managers and Directors to ensure alignment and execution of product strategy
- Influencing product direction at a strategic level, often working on products that are critical to the business or are highly innovative
- To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Minimum of 8 years in Product Management
- Domain expertise in CLOs, broadly syndicated bank loans, and private credit with an emphasis on operations design and process efficiency.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Passion for changing status quo and driving out-of-the-box ideas
- Eagerness to 'roll up the sleeves' in execution and learning; pushes the team to do the same
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- Ability to make hard and fast decisions
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline
- Experience in the following applications or disciplines: Collateralized Loan Obligations, Solvas, ClearPar, CLO compliance / waterfall modelling, Loan Administration, or Wall Street Office
