We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Product Manager join our Enterprise Transformation Office. The ideal candidate must have significant product ownership and transformation management experiences, ideally in Finance and Process Optimization. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL- HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways :
- Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives, prioritizes initiatives, goal-setting, and creates the evaluation criteria to ensure successful delivery
- Understand the stakeholder’s needs and objectives, able to introduce new ways of working and soliciting feedback
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Engineering, Business groups, Finance, HR, Risk) to lead transformation and optimization of financial processes using new digital capabilities
- Drive product innovation by keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Works closely with platform leaders to establish each Group’s business value and support messaging, communication and customer outreach as necessary
- Translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team; maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team.
- Lead a Pod team in a Product Owner capacity and owns end to end of delivery on pod outcomes
