We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Visual Designer with regional experience in APAC to join our Marketing & Communications team to help in our mission of creating world class marketing materials and brand experiences. This role is located in New York City, NY or Pittsburgh, PA and is a HYBRID role.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways :
- Helping to drive and evolve the BNY design direction. Consistently pushing design boundaries, ambitiously seeking to set a new bar for design excellence and creativity on every project, while remaining true to who we are as a brand.
- Utilizing a strategic and rational understanding of how design can solve complex business and brand objectives, while clearly communicating the intent and meaning behind design decisions to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Creating scalable design systems that streamline the production of high-impact campaign assets, allowing the team to focus on more innovative, strategic creative initiatives while maintaining consistent quality and efficiency.
- Collaborating across teams to deliver design solutions that align with our brand and products while resonating with the diverse cultures within APAC.
- Multi-tasking and managing multiple projects at the same time, always acting with urgency and intention, doing whatever it takes to find solutions, meet deadlines, and create successful outcomes.
