We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Processing Manager to join our Core Clearing Operations team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL - Hybrid.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Manages a small to medium Client Processing team that handles any/all aspects of client and firm transactions, including inquiries, processing and problem resolution
- Manages the daily transactional workflow within the team and aligns team resources accordingly to complete the daily tasks through other managers or professionals
- Recruits, directs, motivates, and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth, and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team
- Responsible for the cashiering of domestic securities including equities, corporate debt, commercial paper, ETFs, and account transfers
- Responsible for the reconciliation of house accounts, including cash breaks and position differences
- Provide input as a Subject Matter Expert for requirements gathering, testing, and support of the Service Delivery Groups for clearance and settlement applications and products
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree
- 7 to 10 years of financial services experience
- Series 7 and Series 24 FINRA licenses
- Experience in DTC, Fed, or Non-US Market clearance and settlements operations preferred
