Job Summary:
Performance Analyst primary responsibility will be focused on the transition of the Multi-Asset Solutions (“MAS”) book of business from legacy Performance systems to FactSet. You will work with various teams on moving performance processes (including contributions to return) from Eagle PACE and other legacy systems to FactSet, including benchmarks setup and licensing validation. Key responsibilities include liaison with stakeholders around business requirements and delivery mechanisms, conducting root-cause analysis, documenting processes, and providing training during hand-off.

Job Summary:

You will work with various teams on moving performance processes (including contributions to return) from Eagle PACE and other legacy systems to FactSet, including benchmarks setup and licensing validation. Key responsibilities include liaison with stakeholders around business requirements and delivery mechanisms, conducting root-cause analysis, documenting processes, and providing training during hand-off.
Responsibilities:
- Identify root-cause analysis on performance differences between systems
- Document attribution model and service definition with stakeholder engagement to reach consensus
- Configure and prove attribution models
- Validate historical performance and attribution data
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of new processes and procedures
- Contribute to project planning, risk identification, and mitigation
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 5-10 years of relevant industry experience, with 3 years of those in investment performance
- Operational experience delivering Performance measurement and attribution services within an asset management firm
- Experience reconciliation of Performance and Attribution data between multiple systems
- System migration experience a plus
- Strong understanding of how accounting shows up in performance, derivative accounting preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working with large datasets in Excel skills required
- Factset experience preferred; Aladdin and SQL skills are a plus
