In this role you will assist with fundamental tasks impacting the account opening, maintenance, and closing process of custody and accounting platforms. You will be responsible for data retrieval and validation, procedural review and updates, and various departmental projects. Time management, organizational skills, a thorough understanding of Excel and PowerPoint are essential, with additional knowledge of office applications being a plus. Individual and team contributions are crucial, along with strong decision-making and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in tasks related to account opening, maintenance, and closing processes
- Retrieve and validate data accurately
- Review and update procedures as needed
- Contribute to various departmental projects
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Although not required, candidates with financial background are strongly preferred
- Client service experience within banking is preferred
- Minimum of an Associate's degree
