We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Identity and Access Management Engineer – VP to join our Cyber Identity Access Management team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA – HYBRID. (Candidate must reside within a commutable distance to the office.)

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Identity and Access Management Engineer – VP to join our Cyber Identity Access Management team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA – HYBRID. (Candidate must reside within a commutable distance to the office.)
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Work on engineering enterprise-wide Access management solution, utilizing SailPoint. (Including design/develop/customize/troubleshoot and provide L3 support for solutions catering to various (IDA) Identity Governance and Administration duties access requests, approval, authorization, provisioning primarily on clustered, virtualized on-premises platform.)
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., IT Security, Operations, Application Development) to define and implement IAM best practices.
- Work with Application teams to identify, aggregate, onboard applications and correlate system user accounts to Identity cubes and troubleshoot connectors such as Active Directory, LDAP, MS Entra ID, Web-API, Database, Mainframe, Snowflake etc.
- Develop/troubleshoot escalated issues including ad-hoc issues such as audit response
- Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and scalability of the SailPoint
- Create processes and guidance for operational team.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred.
- 8 years of Engineering/implementing/troubleshooting IAM solutions using SailPoint On Prem tool required. SailPoint Cloud version knowledge would be advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments is required.
- Strong experience in API integrations, RESTful web services, Java J2EE, BeanShell, Databases on Unix platform.
- Strong hands-on experience development/troubleshooting experience on SailPoint IGA tool Lifecycle Manager and Compliance Manager modules with very good knowledge on Quicklink and Plugin is required.
- Strong experience in implementing/troubleshooting access request, approval, provisioning, attestations/certifications, SOD, RBAC, Reporting, Data import customizations, Workflow design and external application integrations via APIs.
- Lifecycle development methodologies with version control, and compliance adherence.
- Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and scalability of the SailPoint environment.
- Other IAM tool knowledge/experience such as Okta, Saviynt and similar tools are preferrable.
- Experience on performance tuning/troubleshooting of Apache Web Tier and Tomcat App Tiers would be advantageous.
