Responsibilities:
- Create and publish enterprise and People Team content across multiple channels.
- Coordinate enterprise communications packs, briefing documents, slides, talking points, and FAQs
- Produce 240G and Finance newsletters
- Support events such as EC town halls and fireside chats
- Collaborate with the creative team to fulfill digital and print requests for event signage, backdrops, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong writing skills, able to write detailed stories
- Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
