We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Client Implementations to join our International Onboarding team in Treasury Services. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA and is Hybrid.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways :
- Provide Training and Demonstrations for new and existing internal and external clients on the Banks Electronic Banking Portal : - Nexen - TreasuryEdge
- Support Relationship Managers / Sales and Client Service teams supporting their client questions and data solutioning.
- Liaise with Product Management to keep them updated on client feedback product enhancements.
- Keeping up to date with new service offerings available on the platform and become product subject matter expert.
