We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Product Management to join our Liquidity Services team. This role is located in New York, NY - HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Generate and convert innovative ideas into useable capabilities and contribute to the execution of the overall product delivery roadmap.
- Leverage Agile in building client-focused, strategic business cases for firm offerings in the marketplace through relevant research and analyses on client segments, competitive landscape and industry environment.
- Lead product commercialization partnering with relationship managers, sales, and other product managers including by conducting training or demonstrations for potential clients.
- Research and provide timely solutions to complex needs by working in an outcome focused collaborative pod structure.
- Deliver client focused differentiated solutions which provides value to all stakeholders
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Have demonstrated success in execution and delivery on product development from concept to rollout, growth and commercialization
- Bachelors Degree Required
- In depth understanding of liquidity and cash management functions
- Experience effectively balancing defining gaps and developing requirements with dynamic change to drive Agile execution.
- Effectively in dealing with ambiguity and experimenting while also being pragmatic in leveraging known processes and technology to support on time and on budget client and business focused execution
- Ability to influence and gain consensus from multiple stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong communications & presentation, learn fast, and are self-driven with a strong sense of ownership, collaboration and team spirit.

BNY Mellon assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $147,000 and $273,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNYM total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
