We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President II , Client Services Manager to join our ETF team. This role can be located in Boston, MA or Pittsburgh, PA or New York, NY – HYBRID (4 days a week in office)

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $100,000 and $179,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and company- sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President II , Client Services Manager to join our ETF team. This role can be located in Boston, MA or Pittsburgh, PA or New York, NY – HYBRID (4 days a week in office)
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Develop a thorough understanding of our ETF client’s business, operating model and technology strategy
- Deliver exceptional service aligned to the clients’ needs and expectations across our product and services offering
- Act as the central point of escalation across all Operations, Technology and service delivery
- Cultivate a deep relationship and appreciation for what drives our clients’ service requirements
- Facilitate communication across our clients’ organization (e.g., industry news, regulatory and BNY change, product evolution)
- Maintain a culture of continuous service improvement across all products and services
- Monitor service quality, product performance, and overall client experience with a view to proactively anticipate potential issues and opportunities
- Deliver robust operational analytics, insights, and transparency into service performance, leveraging industry leading interfaces
- Guide service evolution based on client requirements and changing operating model
- Drive higher quality client experience and service, operating model improvements, product innovation, and thought leadership based on client feedback and our in-depth service knowledge and expertise
- Provide strategic insight into improvements across service delivery, product, technology, and operations, to create optimal client solutions
- Navigate our technology, product, operations, compliance, risk and control groups to improve service today, and build better solutions for the future
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- 10 - 12 years of total work experience.
- Strong understanding of the ETF business with extensive experience in the asset servicing industry - operational expertise is helpful
- Collaborative, flexible approach to problem solving
- Outstanding people and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a global team environment
- Ability to work independently and autonomously, managing multiple work streams, and have an eye for detail
- Strong analytical, financial, oral and written communication skills
- Experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
