We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President POM Product Owner to join our Middle Office Solutions team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL – HYBRID.

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President POM Product Owner to join our Middle Office Solutions team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL – HYBRID.
Role
This role will be a lead in the Middle Office Data & Channels Group and will be critical in accelerating progress with our User Interface framework. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Deliver to product roadmap as per group prioritization
- Participate in quarterly planning and ensure alignment with group deliverables
- Act as primary point of escalation with the agile group
- Act as primary point of contact to resolve dependencies across other groups for own deliverables
- Ability to roll up sleeves and pitch for discussions, requirements gathering, JIRA story writing, acceptance criteria
- Review of the testing results and approval based on meeting requirements
- Work closely with scrum lead to ensure agile team progress for deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree with experience working within technology/business organizations aligned with Middle Office/financial services. Investment operations experience preferred. Familiarity with financial products and investment operations workflows and functions.
- Ability to quickly learn and map business process to systems & capabilities.
- Perform business analysis activities such as requirements gathering, detailed data analysis, data mapping and testing while collaborating with business teams.
- Knowledge of user interface design, process mapping, process design, story boarding, wire frame design.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and scrum sessions with the development teams.
- Facilitate technology projects from start to finish, including gathering/documenting requirements, communicating with the development team, and overseeing/assisting with testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
- JIRA experience is required. Good understanding of Agile processes and experience working as part of POD or Agile Scrum.
- Experience with client onboarding projects for Investment Operations outsourcing is desirable.
