We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President POM Product Owner I to join our GSS program and project management team. This role is located in Pune.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Defines the pod’s roadmap and strategic vision, ensuring work is aligned to OKRs. Manages stakeholders and works with different pods to ensure pod’s effort is aligned with the overall platform strategy and dependencies are managed to deliver outcomes

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Defines the pod’s roadmap and strategic vision, ensuring work is aligned to OKRs. Manages stakeholders and works with different pods to ensure pod’s effort is aligned with the overall platform strategy and dependencies are managed to deliver outcomes
- Sets ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively
- Owns end to end of delivery on pod outcomes
- Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure product vision aligns within platform strategy and requirements
- Accountable for product specific business outcomes once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders
- Translates user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team; maintains a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team (digital PO’s)
- Works closely with platform leaders to establish each Group’s business value and support messaging, communication and customer outreach as necessary
- Monitors the risk and regulatory environment and partners with the senior management to consider changes to deliverables as needed
- Translates user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team; maintains a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team
- Facilitates release planning with stakeholders and manages sprint demos
- Some relevant domain expertise and knowledge in the pod’s mandate
- Knowledge of organizational context and dynamics within Platform areas
- Experienced with leading cross-functional teams
- Experience with agile ways of working preferred
- Individual skills

- Ability to leverage multiple influencing techniques to motivate a team
- Strong problem solver with ability to manage and lead the team to push the solution and progress
