We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This role combines inbound and outbound sales, lead management, and client support. The position offers a $50,000$100,000 / year compensation range with a base salary, commission, and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Promptly answer incoming calls for new business opportunities.
- Efficiently quote and close business while adhering to underwriting guidelines.
- Follow up consistently using our lead management system to maximize every lead.
- Solicit new business through phone calls, networking, and other provided lead sources.
- Support clients during their first 30 days to ensure a smooth transition.
- Exceed monthly sales expectations of 25 items.
- Personal Lines or Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (required).
- A genuine willingness to learn and be resourceful.
- Strong coachability and a career-minded vision.
- Drive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Prior Allstate experience preferred but not required.
