What You Will Do
- Troubleshoot and perform maintenance on our equipment for peak efficiency.
- Use your manual machining skills to develop and adjust tools and dies.
- Conduct repairs to meet and exceed our production standards.
- Interpret blueprints to ensure you meet all specifications and requirements.
- Engage in fabrication tasks using MIG welding equipment.
- Employ optical comparators to guarantee the precision of measurements.
- Operate grinders, lathes, and vertical mills for various machining tasks.
- Handle press brakes for bending and shaping metal parts effectively.
- Utilize band saws to cut materials to precise dimensions.
Your Expertise
- Solid experience and skills in troubleshooting and equipment repair.
- Competence in manual machining with an emphasis on accuracy.
- Past work in tool, die, and mold repairs.
- Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical schematics.
- Knowledge in operating MIG welding tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with manual machining equipment like comparators and grinders.
- Awareness of brands including Mitutoyo, Okamoto, and Bridgeport.
- Problem-solving prowess and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.
