We carefully select jobs and focus on new house builds, development, and multi-family construction. What defines a successful BOA Builders New Home Sales Consultant?
The most important deliverables for this position are:
1. Sales Driven
- Monitor and meet sales goals.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, convert to customers.
- Prepare required paperwork and contracts for each home sale.
- Shop competition.
2. Positive, Exceptional Customer Service
- Meet with prospects, make presentations, demonstrate the product.
- Explain contracts, lending principles, and the homeownership process.
- Act as liaison between Buyer and other members of the BOA team. Keep Buyers updated on project dates.
3. Design Center Management
- Maintain all product information in the Design Center. Ensure pricing, displays and selections are current.
- Maintain Design Center in clean and orderly fashion. Ensure a higher than standard first impression.
